A one-day workshop on ‘Classroom Management, Positive Thinking and Multiple Intelligences’ for all educators was organised at Kundan International School. A resource person, Ms. Himani Singh, certified teacher trainer of international acclaim and psychometric professional, conducted the workshop to enlighten the teachers with tips on effective classroom management and ways to build a positive outlook in the classroom. The workshop focused on the elements of classroom management such as content management, conduct management and covenant management. Various activities were undertaken to illustrate these elements with an involvement of the participants. The educators were given a brief insight on the eight multiple intelligences advocated by Howard Gardener. Principal, Mrs. Manjeet Jauhar appreciated the highly interactive and application-based workshop. She encouraged the educators to be pro-active in dealing with children and their difficulties.
Janmashtami Celebrations- 31 August 2018
In order to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna, a celebration was organized for Pre primary section of Kundan International School. Children came in traditional dresses and donned the roles of Lord Shri Krishna, Goddess Radha and Gopikas amongst many other characters related to Janmashtami. They were made aware about Indian traditions, customs and cultures. They danced merrily to the tunes of devotional songs and enjoyed the day with great fervor and gaiety.
Green Rakhi Celebrations

The students of Kundan International School joined hands with the latest trend of ‘Green Tradition’ which is about tying ‘rakhi’ to trees. The young environment lovers tied a ‘rakhi’ to the trees planted in the school lawns. This day was celebrated in the school premises with an aim of preserving trees by students of classes Pre- Nursery-X. This occasion was used as an opportunity to promote awareness about importance of trees, environmental balance and sustainable lifestyles. Students celebrated the day with fervor and gaiety.
