- Kindly attach photocopy of birth certificate of the child
- Transfer certificate from previous school
- Attach one photograph of the child in space provide along with family photographs
- The school provides facilities but offers no guarantee that a seat in the school bus will be available when the buses are full capacity or do not play in the area of your residence it will be the responsibility of the parents / guardian to drop and collect the child from the specified bus stop
- Kindly attach residence proof and report card from previous school
- Kindly attach a photocopy of Aadhar card of a child
- Kindly attach a photocopy of category certificate of the child if applicable
